Noticed something interesting on that e-bay page: the Classic 350 speedometer sells for $88! I assume this is the same unit some of us have swapped out multiple times under warranty. (I wonder how many I would have to buy before I got a unit that doesn't go insane in hot weather.)

I'd see about rigging up a car jack if you can get one to apply force evenly to both sides (wood blocks, etc?). They're usually at least half a ton, and that's way more than a rack like that needs to be reshaped even cold.

Just go slow and let the metal relax into shape, that'll help things stay symmetrical.

Lowest tech solution in my garage is two trees, a couple tow chains, and a comealong (hand winch).
When I was a teen I actually bent Honda 90 fork tube straight using a jack post, hydraulic jack, and the carry timber of my childhood home. By carefully trying to lift the entire house with the fork tube the tube bent first. Not exactly precision but this was a Honda Trail 90.
