I have a 2011 500 EFI Bullet with approx. 33,000 kilometers on the clock. Recently it has begun to act up by misfiring, popping and spitting and showing an erratic idle until it get really really warmed up. when it has been running at a decent speed for a while, it smooths out and purrs like a kitten.
A fresh sparkplug cures the issue for a a couple of hundred kilometers and then the issues return.
Any ideas?

No real ideas but a few questions. Are your electrical grounds freshly cleaned and shiny like new ? Have you had the battery load tested ?
