Good evening one and all.
Please could anyone suggest the best place that I could sell my Enfield in the UK. I live in the East Anglia area. I was thinking of eBay but wondered if there was somewhere better and thought asking other owners might help.
Thanks in advance - K

Ebay will get you the lowest price, but a quicker sale and best exposure.
A local dealer might offer you a fair price.
Facebook marketplace is free, as are the various RE selling groups, and may get you a better price if you're not too greedy.
I sold my Bullet on ebay, but the only offer was rom a local dealer! Price was OK, but not spectacular.

A lot depends on your location, bike model and condition, and how realistic you are about price, compared to how quick a sale you want.

Thank you. That's helpful. I did think of eBay and using the reserve feature but if I'm not sure of it's worth then that doesn't help 🤯
I did have some offer from a place called Motorbike Logistics. Com. I understand they're like we buy any car. Found them online.
They offered 1250. Still mulling that one over.

Might have a conversation again with the local dealer. However, I'm not going to be able to get it to him to value and maybe offer on. What if I video it? Do you think that would suffice?

Again my thanks for continued advice.

Lots of deals get done by video these days. Beware of sound quality of phone mics making the bike sound worse than it is! Helps if you move around.

Look on ebay for the "sold" auctions filter, as opposed to asking prices. 30 minutes on the net should get you an idea of a suitable asking price, but in the end it's what it's worth to you that matters.

Ebay, with a low reserve, will tell you the market price of the bike, no matter how much folk insist their bike is worth more. Not many true bargains at an auction with that much exposure! It's worth what it sells for!
