Welcome to the forum. Fellow Meteor owner.

Been thinking seriously of a return to AZ since learning to ride (spent the 1990s in Tucson & now thinking of those roads in a new light). Looks like not many RE dealers down there for maintenance, though. But the riding must be excellent.

Hello Wayne, welcome to this forum. I have a lot of family in the Masa area. I used to pop down and ride AZ and Death Valley every February just to get out of the NW wet & cold.

Hi Wayne, my wife and I lived in PV for 8 years. Left in 1995. My younger brother lives in Prescott. Hopefully you only meet him on a social and never professional level, he's a Palliative medical doctor.
You are one lucky soul, I can't imagine too many places better to ride then where you are. Especially the road going up to Jerome.
Hope to hear and see pictures of your adventures. Mike

Tucson is where mine came from. I am close to a dealer in Cottonwood.

I have been here since 87. Actually took my fist road trip on the bike to Jerome. I like the road to Baghdad too.

There is a lot of good riding and things to see in AZ, here is just a few.

I always have enjoyed riding to Tortilla Flats AZ all the way up to Theodore Roosevelt lake, AZ.

Tombstone AZ is also fun to ride to and poke around. I also enjoy walking around Boothill. I know this place is a tourist trap, but it’s fun anyway.

The Titan Missile museum is also cool place.
