Mista Clean Conti GT

Getting there...
River Falls, WI
I'm pretty pumped on this bike. I introduced myself over on the intro forum, https://www.royalenfieldowners.com/index.php?threads/new-gt-650-owner.1361/.

I picked up my new 2021 Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 Mister Clean yesterday.

I love the bike! I put 45 miles on it. It's a lot of fun and feels good even at 80 mph. I am very new to bikes compared to most. I have had two bikes in my life lol.
I have been reading as much as I can in my spare time. I want to do some exhaust mods to get a richer sound and maybe drop some weight. I plan on dropping the clip ons at least an inch.
New bar end mirrors would be nice, but at the same time, I barely use them and the vibration is not ideal in the current ones, so I can not imagine the bar ends being better.
What can I remove to make things looks a little more stream line? Mud flap in the back?

Finally made it
Right on! I have a 2020 Gt Mr. Clean arriving in a few days. Most folks ditch the rear mudflap and the rear side reflectors. Rear grab rail too. Keep the parts. I have a feeling that a bone-stock GT might be a sought after bike in the future.

Well travelled
Hello Mjoener, Congratulations on the new bike, it’s a beauty.
I have a 2020 Continental 650 GT. I run the S&S race only pipes with the baffles removed and a Stratos Performance air filter that comes from the UK. This combination in my opinion is the best. The sound is perfect, not loud at all. The air filter breaths the best for a slip in filter. Make sure you get his billet Aluminium CNC machined radius mouth inlet, as it will make it breath even better. If let him know you are in the USA before you buy it and he will set it up for you so you don’t have to pay the UK tax.

I also run the RE bar-end mirrors, they are very good quality and it gets it so you can see around your shoulders really good. Sometimes I have to ride through crazy Portland Oregon and it‘s very important to know what’s going on around you! I highly recommend these mirrors.
