I’m amazed the download link in the first post still works thanks markm2228
Hi adwb, I assume you downloaded the service manual Ok, so want to ask if you could share it with me somehow as I can't get the link to work no matter which browser I use. Perhaps you could share it on dropbox or google drive if you would not mind. Or perhaps I could post a USB stick to you for you to copy the manual onto. Hope I am not being too forward here :) but I am really keen to get hold of the service manual. I am writing to you as I am also in the UK (Livingston, West Lothian)
Hope you can help
Kind regards Robert

There seems to be very little in the way of adjustment or repair procedures available for these bikes. Perhaps because they are so new, and few have gone beyond the first 10K miles. The manual does show disassembly and assembly of the engine, transmission, and running gear. It also has an extensive section on the electrical system with test procedures. The manual is mostly general information and lacks many specifics. A lot of us here are eager to get the cam lock tool to perform the first service valve adjustment. That tool, along with the crank lock tool, would be necessary to adjust the cam chain slack after (perhaps) 50K miles. The manual doesn't show how to disengage and reengage the cam chain slack adjuster. I'm sure, in time, there will be plenty of videos on how to do many maintenance procedures (hopefully in English).

You did it guys! I still can't believe that I have in my hands (Literally, I've just printed it completely in DIN A4 of good quality) a manual like that. I found royalenfielowners.com looking for a list of tightenin torques and I find such a treasure. Along the way I found a lot of offers to download free or paid service manuals for all RE models except the Meteor. I don't quite understand the Company's policy on this, although I can imagine it. It´s too amazing! You're the fucking master, markm228!
Grateful to eternity, which for me I think is not far away.

Hi all, this is a great manual, appreciate there are many common points between the meteor 350 and the classic 350, but has anybody seen a similar document for the new Classic 350 ?

Somewhere on this site is that information. But I can not find it right now. So here's a link. https://smilespergallon.xyz/CLASSIC350SERVICEMANUALEUROV.pdf The file is 90 megs and my host is not super speedy, so please be patient. If you 'save link as' you should be able to download it directly in under half an hour.
