Looks like they are releasing the information about the European release of the Meteor this side of Christmas!

Although MCN say that RE haven’t released the fuel figures, the real world numbers from people out in India point to the 100 miles per gallon in everyday city riding, more on highway cruising which puts the range closer to 300 miles than their 200 mile guesstimation.

Theoretic range and distance till you start pushing are not always the same, as there is always aa little in the bottom of the tank you cant reach, and just how full you get the tank can depend on the slope on the garage forecourt , my bike drips out of the overflow if I go anywhere near filling it up to the neck.
And stale fuel doesn't go as far as good stuff.
I get from 27 to 33 km/l on my bike on a quick check at fill ups, so my Hima might go 300miles/ 480 km on a tankful, but experience has told me to start looking at 300 km and not to count on anymore than 380 km!

Yes, I was being a bit liberal with my guesstimation, but mine is based on real world figures reported by people actually riding the bike, together with fuel tank capacity leaving a 1.5 litre unusable volume, as opposed to the guesswork the MCN reporters are using. We will find out once the bikes hit Europe.
