Time to get a new bike if that's what you want! ;)
If you have 18 grand (3x the cost of the Himalayan) you can have this:

To OP: Oops I am eating humble pie ☹.

My bike ( had warmed up engine for 4 mins before leaving) stalled just 1 km from home yesterday but fired up straight away; and then again after leaving a park where I stopped for a cuppa, about 300 m of leaving 🥴 but fired up again no problem.
However I was worried after that, as my route is all sharp hairpin bends up and down hills with a cliff on one side. Luckily came back from the 90km ride with no more stalling.

Just looked this up and I am told that the stalling may be because of the fuel pump relay popping out of the socket. I read that the two relays near the battery negative terminal are for the injection and the fuel pump and need to be pushed back in. I checked mine and sure enough one was a bit out and the other a lot more. I pushed them back in and now when switching on the bike I can actually hear the pump priming sound that I remember hearing when new but has been missing for a while. (I didn’t think much of it, as the bike started and rode fine). I will now keep an eye on the relays every few hundred Kms and hope the stalling is sorted 🤞.
The other problem relating to stalling seems to be clogged pipes on the Evap. My bike is too new for that. But definitely will look into that too.

Note to self : don’t joke about someone’s bike problems 🤔.

P.S. There is a YouTube video by a bloke called On2Feet from somewhere in Colorado who has addressed the relay issue, as have a few Indian YouTubers. Incl One called ‘Ben on two wheels’
Cheers

Read somewhere that some of the 21 models had problems with air leaks between the throttle body and intake manifold? Something about bad o-rings or gaskets???
If that is a problem, it is easy to diagnose. While the engine idles I spray carb cleaner at that area. If I hear a distinct change in RPM, there is a leak.
I will check this today and report back.
This bike has been disappointing. My new KTM 390 ADV seems much more reliable.

Sorry to hear you are having some issues.
When starting make sure you pull back what looks like the choke and hold it for 45 to 60 seconds. Also make sure you warm up your motor at lest five minutes, eight if it’s cold out before you ride it. I push out my bike from the garage, start it then go back into the house and put on my riding gear. REs (Royal Enfields) motors need to be run in. After the first 300 mile service you will be pleasantly surprised how much better it runs. Really no worries! This is normal in the first 300 miles. My old Moto Guzzis was the same way. REs take about 1,800 miles to be properly run in/broaden in. They are like fine wine they get better with age. 😁

I did the manifold leak test. That is not the issue. Very disappointed in this bike. I expect it to function and have the quality of other bikes out there. It does not.

I checked those relays. They are fine. I have not had the problem since I installed the Iridium plug.

I understand you are upset. But you said the stalling issue has not recurred?
The next post is about some one talking about a leak, but you don’t have a leak.
So what is the problem?
Is it still stalling ? Or is there some other issue?
I’m at a loss to understand what the current problem is. Can you please explain it.

Yes. It stalls when you drop in gear, and randomly. It is dangerous.
That’s bloody dangerous !
You need to get it to a dealer quickly - stalling all the time is not acceptable.
If it were me I would not ride it. Ring them and email a formal complaint.
Don’t they give you roadside assistance as part of the warranty- use it to take it to the dealer.
Good luck mate. Hope it goes well.

You have a two year warranty. Have you taken the bike back to the dealer so they can sort it out? If so what did the find out?

My 2020 RE Trials was doing this very thing. It took my dealer three times to find it as it was a bad side stand switch that would sometimes work then not. Electrical issues can be a real pain.

I contacted the dealer for at least the second time on this problem. They have no fix other than the TPS setting.
I called Royal Enfield. They are no help. They told me to email them about the problem including the issue, my servicing dealer and VIN.
So I just did that.
I asked them to buy the bike back.
