    Another flat tire

Hi I have just ordered some tyre sealant from BikeSeal.com Tyre Sealant Puncture Repair Kit – Puncture Repair Prevention Kit for Motorbikes . Not used it yet but, if it is as good as it says , it might save a trip home on the trailer or repair roadside.

My Himmi has never had any stalling , though it does have a home made booster plug , so the little extra fuel it gets might be the cure, or not.

Out for a bimble around some Sussex back roads

I have just swapped my tyres from the big knobblies to the Metzeler Sahara Enduro 3's for the summer. So I went out for a bimble around the local back lanes. Now my original 2018 rear brake calliper is sticking on. I'll email the local Enfield dealer to see if it can be changed foc.

    Fault code

Hi Thanks for that. I just used an OBD link and it came up with 'Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit ' which ties up with my flashing MIL code. I have checked the sensor plug and socket and cleaned it , but it looked ok as it is a waterproof one , or should be. I reset the fault code but it came...

    Now mines gone wrong

Update I tested my DIY Booster plug and it was reading 22k though thinking it was a 10k thyristor it might change resistance too much for the temperature change. (it was about 3C in the garage). So I removed it and went out for a bracing ride earlier , the bike was better but still died and...

    Now mines gone wrong

The fuel in the bike was super unleaded with Stabil added and then I filled up yesterday with super unleaded so hopefully its not the fuel. But it will be on my check list. Thanks

I don't think so as it is just a high tick over lever. The bike once started eventually ticks over fine.

    500cc Himalayan

Technical Modifications (in english!) – Royal Enfield Himalayan (home.blog) This clutch upgrade still uses 6 plates and heavier springs to stop the drag with the 8 plate kit so no problems with engaging neutral. I have not used this clutch but a lot of thought had gone in to it.
