I know that I'm just an old fuddy-duddy, but as for me, I've never felt that deliberately fenderless street bikes were anywhere near 'cool looking'.

Ok, except for...maybe, a 60's classic chopper with a fenderless springer front end......nah, they suck too.

Ouch!
I once saw a car accidentally go into reverse gear rater than forwards and run into a bike parked behind it at a petrol station……the bike was pushed into the car behind so smashed at both ends. The rider was luckily away in the shop. I always wondered who paid for the fuel they had just put into the bike??
