Hi all,

I’m Matt and live near Cambridge.

Been a lurker and occasional contributor on the Royal Enfield Himalayan Owners Thread for a while.

Achieved a long-held ambition by learning to ride a couple of years ago ... now waiting for my employer to make its mind up over early retirement 🙄😂🤷🏻‍♂️

I’ve had a couple of test rides and the Himalayan fits my needs perfectly. Plenty of country roads to potter along and back road exploring of the UK beckons.

Just the eternal question ... black or white 😂👍🏻🤟🏻

Great forum, plenty of resources, plenty of help which has been instrumental in my choice. Thank you all.

Which ever you can find cheapest ..... mine was £3200 as a 420 mile trade in at Superbike Factory ..Superbike dealers just want it off the premises ..... the best bike i have ever owned ,,,,, in 40 years on the bike ... history is everything from MZ to ZZR-1100 and many and varied 2 stroke Yams and YammaGamma's ....
The Himma is the best of the bunch ...... apart from the seat of course ...lol

Hiya. I chose white for looks (my taste), visibility (car drivers don't see bikes very well) and staying cool in the sun. I know the sun shines occasionally in the UK, even in Skye where I used to live🌞😎🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
